WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
Standard Home Delivery: 50,- (free for all orders 500 DKK or more)
Standard Company Delivery: 45,- (free for all orders 500 DKK or more)
Pick up from Parcel Shop: 45.- (free for all orders 500 DKK or more)
We will deliver your purchase within 10-15 days after receiving your order confirmation.


WE OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Delivery to your home address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

Delivery to an alternative address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

Delivery to a Pick-up Point: Select this option and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring a power of attorney from you, as well as their own ID.


CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option so please make sure that you enter the right adress.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
